Shipping and Delivery
We've teamed up with DHL and FedEx for FREE shipping for all orders above 2000 Pesos. The shipping fee will be 150 Pesos for orders under 2000 Pesos.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel, regardless of its size. Do not be alarmed if you have received your tracking number and it does not appear to be working immediately. It will be up and running within 1-2 working days.
Most orders are delivered within 7 working days (including processing). In the case of unforeseen delays, you can expect your products to be delivered in approximately 10-12 working days from the time of dispatch from our warehouse.
For remote locations, DHL and FedEx may hand over your order to a local courier, depending on the area and its availability. You can contact DHL or FedEx should you need any more information.
